I can't seem to get the "External Workaround" to auto-adjust the height of the iframe coming from another domain I control.
- Shortcode: [advanced_iframe src="https://david44357.plumsail.io/494b4a2d-0eac-4aeb-93bf-4b015564beb8" width="100%" id="advanced_iframe" resize_min_height="400px" enable_external_height_workaround="true" enable_responsive_iframe="true"]
- URL being embedded: https://david44357.plumsail.io/494b4a2d-0eac-4aeb-93bf-4b015564beb8
- Javascript URL: https://kinglawnc.com/diy/wp-content/plugins/advanced-iframe/js/ai_external.js
- Settings: "Resize remote iframe to content height" is set to yes
The iframe still says 100% height. I suspect the problem may be with loading the Javascript file into the Plumsail URL being embedded. Is there a good way to verify the Javascript file is working properly? I don't have direct access to the <head> tag. I just have a "Javascript" window where I can add Javascript (see screenshot).

I do not see ai_external.js loaded in https://david44357.plumsail.io/494b4a2d-0eac-4aeb-93bf-4b015564beb8
you can check the network tab of the browser and filter for js.
Without this auto height will not work.
Best regards,
Michael
