Can you post a screen of the browser console?
If I go to the link above I only see a Javascript error which is coming from something else.
And a test sheet and a message that the file cannot be opened right now.

Please note, if it helps... using Page Builder by SiteOrigin / Kadence Theme
If I insert the Advanced iFrame shortcode via Custom HTML Block or Shortcode Block, it works.
If I insert the Advanced iFrame Block with separate settings url, height, width, etc..., it gets an error.

What does "ith separate settings url, height, width, etc..., it gets an error." mean? Where do you enter this?
Maybe The Gutenberg block is somehow encoding/decoding which make the url itself invalid. What do you enter there. Maybe I can reproduce this.
