Thank you so much! That makes complete sense. I have one more questions. Can I isolate separate parts of a webpage into frame that are already frames? Here's an example page.

I want the board on the left to display on the right and the static board to display on the left, etc etc.

Can I make each part it's own frame so I can have them load anywhere I want on a wordpress page?

You can put iframes again in iframes. It will make everything only much slower and also link targets only work on one level. So I'm not sure if this what you like.
