Ah. This is easy:

iframe_content_id=".content";

Iframe_content_styles="background-color:#ffffff"; 

in the first setting you define the element. in the 2nd the style you want to apply. Also check the docu in the administration. There are some examples. Also many examples modify styles. There you can also take a look.
