We have iFrame installed on a site that is using an iFrame from a different domain.  The external domain has online shopping and when I'm on a desktop and visit the page, add an item to the shopping cart, it works fine.

On mobile, when I add the item to the shopping cart, it just spins.  Also, on mobile the Cookies message from the external domain pops up constantly but not on desktop.  I'd like to remove that.

You can check it on this page here:

Try adding a product to the shopping cart on mobile (iPhone) and see what happens....

Thank you so much for your help!

Hi,

this sound to me like the cookie problem of IOS. I assume the need cookies for the cart and also the popup is triggered based on that.

Please see my description and solution here:

@admin Hi Michael! Thank you!  I read through the documentation and am still confused by exactly what I need to do?  The iFrame is coming from an external domain that I don't have control over. Is your solution still possible?

Thank you so much!

No. You need to be able to put the redirect script on the external site. You would need to talk with the owner. Maybe they add the simple redirect script there in an extra folder. It will increase their sales - right?

Best, Michael
