TWG Flash Uploader 3.2.2 Source Code License
Most users only need a license for the compiled binary version, but the source code is available if you need to customize TWG Flash Uploader. You may find the code to be useful if you wish to integrate it with your own applications. The source code includes the anonymous version of the flash as well.
Please note that a lot of the functionality is done in php by the backend and can be changed by yourself without the need of the sources of the flash! You need a source code license only to modify the behaviour or layout of the Flash. Alternatively you may contact me to perform any modifications for you.
The flash source code (.fla + action script files) is €75 and comes with a license that is valid for one domain. This allows you to install the modified flash for one website or computer only. If you need to install the flash on multiple websites you can get a source code license and a enterprise license for €99 instead of €125.
You cannot redistribute the unmodified or modified source code. Finally I ask that you do not remove the copyright notice in the code and you are not allowed to remove the domain restriction of the flash.
This license also includes free update of the source code for one year. Simply send an e-mail. After that you can update to the latest version for a discounted price of €30 only.
TWG Flash Uploader 3.2.2 Redistribution License (The flash can be redistributed as part of another product)
This license type is only intended for people who want to integrate the flash into their own application e.g. a CMS and distribute the flash with it. With this license you get the full source code, a enterprise license + you are allowed to redistribute the flash with your own software.
You cannot redistribute the unmodified or modified source code and you have to password protect your compiled swf! Furthermore it is not allowed to resell the (modified or unmodified) flash as a individual application (only as part of your own application). Finally I ask that you do not remove the copyright notice in the code and you are not allowed to remove the domain restriction of the flash.
