Ok, I figured it out...

I turned on more debugging in PHP and found this:

[Fri Mar 19 12:37:49 2010] [warn] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent in /var/www/virtual/mikeandting.com/htdocs/admin/tfu_login.php on line 16

So then I went through the response page from tfu_login.php and found this:

Warning: Unknown: POST Content-Length of 157 bytes exceeds the limit of -1149239296 bytes in Unknown on line 0

For some reason this error is not logged by PHP and related to post limit being too large. I'm not certain why/when this started causing problems but apparently PHP has a maximum post limit...

Not sure if TWG would have ignored this warning in the past?

I'm wondering where the 1st error comes from - because I only start the session once.

about the 2nd one.

php has a post upload limit (see howto 4 of the TFU FAQ)

It seems that your server is set to 3 GB - and this is interpreted as -1 GB.

You have to change this ;).

I suspect the PHP error is causing the header issue, it probably writes an HTML header as part of the error message...

I had 3G working without any issues previously. It looks like PHP has changed how they set or enforce that post limit. In anycase I've moved it down to 300M but it makes it hard to upload videos...

Up to 2 GB is working fine. If you have a 32 bit php then 2 GB is the maximum number you can specify in php.ini.
