Hello all,
new user here, well not even since I can't get TWG to run. The reason I'm trying to install it is that I'm a decade-long user of Gallery2 but it's been unmaintained for years and recent hosts upgrades to php7 mean it's not running well anymore. So I'm looking to move my gallery of images to a different system. I'm looking for something simple and here are my requirements which seem to fit TWG perfectly:
    - images and videos, with embedded player for videos
    - creation of thumbnails and medium-sized display images
    - full screen diaporama option
    - decent mode for mobile use
    - possibility for user to download entire zipped folders
    - no need for upload capabilities - I can place place images directly in folder structure manually
    - no need for database, user management, comments, voting, counters...
So far I've tried and ruled out:
    - ubergallery - no video
    - gallery / gallery2 / gallery3 - abandoned
    - phpAlbum - abandoned since 2011?
    - plogger - abandoned since 2014?
    - foglio - don't remember but something was wrong with it
    - Piwigo, Pixelpost, zenPhoto, php photo gallery - too complex, not tried yet

So, TWG fits the bill... except it doesn't seem to run properly on PHP7. I fixed some errors mainly in the regex code but it won't display images. Maybe my fixes were wrong. So my question: is there an upgrade for PHP7 in the works.

And if not, does any of you have a recommendation that fits my needs ?
Thank you

Ho, thanks, I hadn't seen that. It took me a whole 5 minutes to install, it works and I'm going to start learning to configure it now.
