Hi there

Apologies if I'm missing something simple .. haven't been able to find any tips in the FAQs/forum.

Have copied a version of my gallery to a new server which is running php5 & mysql5 (old server runs php4 & mysql4).

Generally seems to work well .. however there is an error message appearing under the gallery pics ..

Warning: fopen(/home/sportz/public_html/album/counter/_mydebug.out) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/sportz/public_html/album/inc/filefunctions.inc.php on line 1140

Any clues about this error message appreciated.

I checked the info.php file and there are no errors appearing there.

You have copied the cache folders (xml, cache, counter). You have to set the files in there to 777 as well. TWG cannot update cache files like counters right now.

This is why it tries to write to _mydebug.out which is not writeable as well ;).

I changed the permissions on the files within xml, cache, counter and the error message has gone...
