After testing one other gallery, I run to your.

1- TWG support mass FTP upload and EXIF/IPTC description -> GOOD
2- I try to set it to show EXIF description (or IPTC) for picture description -> not showing special characters -> any solution ?
3- Picture data must be always ON -> Not find where to set this on
4- I must have next data: Image description, date of taken, description of picture, copyright, photographer -> Is this possible ?

Data you must have:

2. Are they not shown at all or messed up? If they are not utf-8 encoded they are not shown properly.
3. Do you mean the the info should be shown always? The "info" is updated dynamically if you use one of the ajax navigations.
4. For this you can use a custom image.txt- where does the info come from? is it static. See howto 0 about image.txt or http://www.tinywebgallery.com/demo/twg_image/08_Usa%282005%29/CIMG2797.jpg

Michael, thanks for replay.

- Data are stored in picture exif/iptc, I don't have any idea which coding, but when I check them in properties (explorer or XnView) the special character are right .. so only gallery read them wrong.
- OK I will use AJAX..
- Custom image TXT means, that I must make cca 1500 txt files ... or edit so much picture. All requested data are already stored in picture, we must just pull them out and show them to public.
Is this possible ?

- The gallery reads this in utf-8. If explorer uses a e.g. windows encoding and additional code change is needed which uses this encoding.
- If all this data is stored in the images I would not create 15.000 files ;). See http://www.tinywebgallery.com/en/addon_extensions.php at the bottom. There is a special file with placeholders. In your case you should extend this file by your placeholders. But quite some coding is involved here. But faster in my opinion than creating 15.000 files.

Files was changed in Windows .... This is reason for mess.

All files will be resized before uplading. Do you have any experience with resize programs? After resize there will be UTF-8 encoding or Windows ?
I use MIR - https://www.multipleimageresizer.net/

Or you suggest other program ?

I will try this on Sunday ... If I have time ..

I think this depends on the program. Therefore you have to test this.
