Is it possible to set metakeywords per album and per single image?

yes - it's call tags . many ways to set it - directly or with IPTC.

I mean metakeywords set in HEAD section - keys for spiders;

you can do this too. check the config.php and search for meta.

But copy this setting to my_config.php or add it in the backend!
