My Debug File keeps creating this log countless times per day

"ERROR 2 in wwroot\gallery\inc\filefunctions.inc.php, line 174: unlink(cache/_count_tree_all.tmp.php) [<a href='function.unlink'>function.unlink</a>]: Permission denied"

I tried giving the "inc" folder write permissions and that didn't seem to help.

Any ideas??

the counter folder need the permissions ;).
