your images are 2592 x 1944

and you only have php memory for ~ 1800x1400

see
http://hillingerc.kilu.de/twg/info.php

make your images smaller or increase the php memory.

I have the same problem when in some folders neither thumbnails, nor pictures are displayed and in some thumbnails are OK, but pictures can not be seen. I will post the link in next note

you have a different problem: you get a http 500:

http://www.internetas.org/gallery/image ... cf4064.jpg

you have to check you server log what's the problem

in the twg log:
'pictures/2006/Darbas/NY NJ Boat Show/100_0626.JPG' could not loaded properly. Please check if the file is corrupt.

means gdlib canot process your images - you have image magic available - try to enable this.

I uploaded pictures to one album and then generated cache and it seems most of the pictures show up but not all. The images are all the same size, it is strange.

Hi,

Your error message is not helpful.
Are you images close to your memory limit shown in info.php?
Any error in the debug file?
How are the images uploaded...

You did not even post the version you are using.

AHH. Appears my resizing batch didnt catch some of them (3000x2100!). What would be the max sizing for my configuration? seems 1280x900 are working well.

when I see your config even the originals should be resized. But is seem it does not.

something around 2000* x should be fine - saves some space on the server as well.

Thanks I must have overlooked some of the sizing as I assumed they were all resized correctly. I feel after I size them down they should load like the others. Thanks again.
