Dear all,

I am using TWG 1.8 version and I have stuck with following error message logged in debug log session, it's working fine previously until I just enabling the permission with private.txt in one of the root folder. As result, I can't open all album folders now. Does anyone can help on it to resolve the problem?! Please help me...

The album '1269362150_Micro World Around2' cannot be found and is maybe not available anymore.

If this a new created directory please make sure not to use a " in the folder name because this a not allowed character in album names.
Please close the browser to delete the session because TWG is caching the direcotry infomation there.

So I go to the debug session and found below error

Have you refreshed the session cache (click on the bandwidth icon is the fastest way to do this.)

Hi Michael,

I did already but seems like doesn't help, so I try to rebuild a new one of TWG gallery with different folder name ( TWG18 ), rename the previous folder to ( twg_old ). Then I move "XML", "Pictures" and "cache" folders contents with config.* files onto the new folder to test again.

It works and I just need to recreate all of my friends account in the new album. Everything can be resumed normal.

Am i right for above album recovery procedures?! Can you tell me what causes of this problem just enabling the album permission and how can I do for next time more safely?

I don't see a connection between private.txt and and of the xml/cache ... folders.

If you would have copied the .htusers.php all accounts would be available as well. There is actually a howto about upgrading TWG.
