I am trying to disable the small bar on the left that opens up and shows all the folders available to view....ive gone through the config file and tweaked it but still cant disable it.
Also...sometimes my thumbnails show a red X and not the image....if i refresh the page it shows up but another one might not show up. Is this a php memory issue and if so how do i correct it?

this is the album tree you can simply disable in the config.
$enable_album_tree = false;

Are always the same images missing?
