I upgraded my TWG setup from 2.4 to 2.4.6 using the "TWG_1.6.x_to_2.4.6-patch.zip" file as I was having issues getting TWG to show the thumbnails.

I have 3 albums on my site and added a new one (Bali 2018) but TWG does not show the thumbnails for this album. I deleted the image cache and it worked OK, then I logged in from another computer to test and on that computer there were no thumbnails on there.

I clicked the Check Cache Status button in Admin\Configure TWG\Generate TWG Cache and it says:



It's now 24 hours later and when I click the Check Cache Status, I get the exact same message:



Can you please help me to generate the thumbnails?

UPDATE:

I just went into one of my existing photo albums which was working fine all this time, I now see no thumbnails in that album as well!??

The album is locked. Any info in the debug logs?
Are maybe your images too big?
