Hi there,

I have TFU Uploader 2.9.1 (Professional Edition License) installed and everything is working perfectly, apart from when a user downloads a file over 2mb - they always get a corrupted file. Uploads are working well and I have checked to make sure that they are not trying to download a file that has become corrupted while uploading and all is fine. Please help! Info that you may need:

Running on a windows 2003 server
PHP version 5.2.6
PHP upload limit (in KB): 51200
PHP memory limit (in KB): 65536
Safe mode: OFF
GD lib: Available
Max resize resolution (GDlib): ~ 3861 x 2899

I've put all the recommended settings in the php.ini that you recommend in the FAQ.

Any and all help greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Rob

you can enable direct download in the config. This does happen on some servers where e.g. automatic ad's or counter or tracking info is added automatically. These servers only check that a php files is called and do then add their stuff :(.

Thanks for such a quick reply Michael. We do have google tracking the website, so I guess that explains it? I've enabled direct downloading as you suggested, but all I get now is 'Error : io'. I've deleted the browser cache and restarted as per the FAQ, but still the same message. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Rob

if google tracking is added to each php response you should konfigure maybe this system ;).

if you get IO then a direct connection to the upload folder is maybe not possible. You can check e.g. with firebug with address is called and if it is correct.
