I've just installed TFU stand aloe on my site, everything regarding uploads are working without a problem, apparently siteground limits my upload to 24 MB, but in FTP i can upload any file size.

My problem appears only when downloading files with more 100 Mb, after some time it just says download completed but it's not completed, there is no error, and sometimes 400 MB downloads perfectly, any idea?

there is no tfu.log yet since there is no error. I could use direct download, it seems to work without a problem, but i would like to use the flash set up.

Seems like a timing issue.

check howto 4 about the settings. You can also enable direct download in the flash! Then you are not dependent on the php timeouts anymore. But you have restrictions with the filenames because of encoding ...
