Hello There,

We have moved site to one server to another server. Then the attached problem a raised. I have tried all following methods

1. Re installed the component
2. Tried to setup .htaccess file as showing in log file
3. after reinstalling it was worked for a while and when I tried to set some permissions to registered user/ group the same issue occurred in admin section also
4. for registered users this component never worked after moving to new server
5. Safemode is off on server
6. we have licence to use additional features too

Please can you help me to resolve this issue.

Have you read howto 1 of the TFU FAQ? Every server is different so many things can happen.

I have tried all ways created session_cache, removed session_cache, given permissions 777. But no luck. The administrator version is working fine and this issue is with other user account with another role which also has file admin permissions but still not able to access it. Could you please help?

06.25.2015 18:29:37 - It seems that the session handling of the server is not o.k. TFU already tried a workaround that does not seem to work. TFU deleted the session_cache folder. Maybe it was created because of a wrong request! Please go to http:__www.tinywebgallery.com/de/tfu/tfu_faq_12.php. If this does not help please report this in the forum to find a solution!
06.25.2015 18:43:55 - Config call, illegal direct access or missing session settings - your browser has to be closed to get a new session. Please check your session_save_path if you get this error all the time or create the folder session_cache in the tfu folder to activate the session workaround.

06.25.2015 18:43:55 - Or it is possible that the session handling of the server is not o.k. Therefore TFU simulates a basic session handling and uses the session_cache folder for that.
06.25.2015 18:43:55 - Directory session_cache could be created! TFU does now an internal session handling. Delete the directory session_cache to turn the internal handling off.
