I'm fairly new to Joomla and website building in general so could do with some help Please.

Whenever someone tried to use the front end uploader it says that the file hasn't uploaded. I'm using Joomla 1.5.7 and JFU 2.10.5

When I check the log the following is shown:

02.04.2010 13:25:28 - Config call or illegal direct access or missing session settings - browser has to be closed to get a new session: PHPSESSID=e10dd4a27446d06f5173a3b6e625ca97
02.04.2010 13:25:28 - It can be possible that someone tried to upload something without permissions! If you think this is the case the IP of this user is logged: 213.120.109.26. He tried to upload the following file: ACOG.jpg
02.04.2010 13:25:28 - Or it is possible that the session handling of the server is not o.k. Therefore TFU simulates a basic session handling and uses the session_cache folder for that.
02.04.2010 13:25:28 - Directory session_cache could be created! TFU does now an internal session handling. Delete the directory session_cache to turn the internal handling off.
02.04.2010 13:25:28 - It seems that the session handling of the server is not o.k. TFU already tried a workaround that does not seem to work. TFU deleted the session_cache folder. Maybe it was created because of a wrong request! Please report this in the forum to find a solution!

is the session save handler set to none - and does the upload in the backend work?

The session handler is set to none and I cannot upload using the backend JFU either.

Then create the folder session_cache manually in the tfu folder and set the permissions to 777.

Sometimes the permissions used by the server are not high enough.

I know I'm being a bit dumb but where will I find the jfu folder?
