Very very strange, everything has been working fine up until this point, but suddenly it's not working and I'm getting the 'Retry failed. Please check your timeouts' again. I've pasted the log file below after the failed upload.

Then you should check if the system configuration has changed somehow.
Most of the time this is the reason.
Hosters inform users really seldom if the change/update the system.

Found it. When I had the work done on the server, one of the things installed had a 8mb upload cap. That was now changed. Thanks for the support Michael.
