I have installed pkg_jfuploader_3_J16-J25 to my web site http://fellowshipoftravel.net/

But when I open the menu with JFUploader, I get following warning:

The lang folder cannot be accessed. Please check if the language files are accessable. Delete or modify the .htaccess file in the 'lang' folder or check if you have an other protection on this folder. You need to access the files in this folder directly.

After I click OK then I can upload files. But how can I avoid this message?

And how can I add Turkish language addon?

Under com_jfuploader_3_J16-J25\admin\tfu\lang there is no xml file for the Turkish language. Is this the reason for it?

Thanks

The reason that the is no turkish language file that noone has translated TFU to turkish yet.
Feel free to start it.

But you have to check if you can access the lang folder with you browser like the message says.
Do you have a protection e.g. that no xml file cannot be downloaded?
In the lang folder is a .htaccess that shoud allow this. But maybe your server do not like/allow this.

Simply start to type in the url to this folder directly and wee which message you get.

Best,
Michael

I just checked the folder - seems to work for me. You also have copied the default.xml to tr.xml.

so it works now?

And was the error because of the missing tr.xml or was the folder protected somehow?

Best,
Michael

there is no turkish translation...

The warning does come if a language file cannot be loaded.

Have you tried to switch the admin language to e.g. english and retry?
When you click o.k. and the flash is shown - do you see the flags in the right upper corner and can select a different language?

if you like you can send me a pm with the credential an I can take a look.

Best,
Michael

This are language files for the TinyWebGallery!!!

They have nothing todo with the language files for TWG flash uploader.

To add a language for the flash you have to provide a xml + the flag.
You can send it to me if you like and I'll add it for you.
Please not that in JFUploader you can define the languages which should be shown! So adding the turkish language files is not enough!

Best,
Michael

Hi Michael,

I had uploaded tr.xml only under administrator /components /com_jfuploader /tfu /lang

After I have uploaded it to components /com_jfuploader /tfu /lang it worked!!!

Thank you:)

I have began to translate it but unfortunatly there are too many words:(

I will tell you when it is finished:)

cool.

When you are done please send it to me. I'll add the flag and the language to the configuration and the demo as well.

Translators get a free license by the way.

Best, Michael
