It shows, "The flash could not be loaded when I going to upload or download any files from a registered account".

Can anyone please help to letting me know about it and how to solve this problem?

It shows in my website and here is the message shows when I try to upload any files using it.

"The flash could not be loaded.
Most likely one of the following issues causes the problem:
Flash is not supported by your system
There is a Javascript error on the page
You have created the .htaccess file but your server does not understand this
The flash plugin is not installed.
Solutions:
Fix any Javascript errors
Include the flash with the object tag.
Remove the .htaccess file you have created.
Install/update the flash plugin
See: TFU FAQ 1"

I have the same issue.
I've changed file permissions. Moved folder. Updated flash. Tested in different browsers. With and without object tag. With and without .htaccess. Cleaned cache...
I give up.

Which browser? e.g. chrome and Firefox you need flash to be allowed for each domain.
Do you have any Javascript errors?

It is just flash which is blocked by browsers.
In chrome, next to the url, there is an informationbutton.
Click it, choose flash and choose allow.
