Hi,

I have JFU version 2.5.1 installed on Joomla 1.0.15 and it worked quite well for a while.

Then I installed some new components (JRE cache accelerator, Jom comment, Xmap, nbill) and had some tests around --> it didn't work anylonger in frontend for my users. It works only in frontend if I'm logged like super-admin.

I disabled JRE cache and Joomla cache --> no effects
I deleted .htaccess --> no effects

Maybe it's a sessions pb. So I had a look to see if I got a tfu.log in the administrator/components/joomla_flash_uploader/tfu folder --> no file.

Then I'm a bit disapointed cause I cannot think aboput other tests.

Do you please have other ideas?

Thanks

Got it!

In fact tfu.log was at the root of my website (strange?)

Then I got nasty messages in this file:

update JFU to the latest version.

2.5.1 is quite old already.

but only the language variable is not found - the flash shouldbe at least displayed.

Have you enabled SEO?

and are you sure that the tfu.log is new? Because in the frontend I disabled the tfu log because too many other applications write to this log then too (like you see only 1 of 3 error messages are from JFU).
Only the backend should write to tfu.log.

You can send me a pm with the url - then I can take a look at your install.

/Michael
