Hello,

I constantly get a 500 error when using the Joomla flash uploader, on the frontend and on the backend.

how can I solve this problem?

I forgot to mention that I did check some things told in the help file, but I couldn't find the specific htaccess file and where to place it when you use Joomla.

I found the following code in my server log:

The problem is that flash does not follow that upload standard 100% and if mod_security is enabled the upload generated this error.

Point 5 where you have to place
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off

in a .htaccess file (You can create this file with JFU on the upload page!)

If you cannot disable mod_security no flash upload solution will work on your server.
