 Post subject: can't overcome 8mb limit

I have tried everything (php.ini files and htaccess files) can you help. Can't seem to crack the 8mb limit. Below are the error logs.

Joomla 1.5.7
2.7.4.2

THe uploader says 500mb limit but on the help reg it always says this.

have you read howto 4 of the TFU FAQ? There everything is nicely explained.

I the flash you can manually enter what you want. But entering something above the server limit is simply not usefull. It only make sense to enter less then your server allows if you want to restrict something.
Normally the maximum size field should be empty (=automatic).

Any you should not post 2 month old debug data. And you should use the latest version of JFU. The session_double_fix warning is already solved ..
