When I purchased this plugin (About 2 hours ago), I was under the impression I could iframe a specific DIV from another website (a product search engine).
I checked on google "iframe specific div WordPress" and Advanced Iframe came up in the results, but, trying to achieve this is complex, tedious and does not work.
The options to show a specific part uses the XY coordinates, and this does not work well with the external website.
And to add to this, the interface of your plugin is so complicated. Using it is very discouraging to me. It is unintuitive.

Except this "support threads" there is no direct way to contact you (email).

I wish to receive a refund for this purchase.
I will not be using your plugin.

Thank you

Hi,

I don't know if you have read the first section of
https://codecanyon.net/item/advanced-iframe-pro/5344999
and then the quickstart guide
https://codecanyon.net/item/advanced-iframe-pro/5344999#item-description__qs
as there it is explained which features are available for you depending on your setup.

So it depends if you can use the external workaround (adding one line of JS) or not.
If not you can only use the "show only a part of the iframe" solution shown here:
http://www.tinywebgallery.com/blog/advanced-iframe/advanced-iframe-pro-demo/show-only-a-part-of-the-iframe

Selecting an area can be done with the area selector (included on the advanced tab):
My demo: http://examples.tinywebgallery.com/configurator/advanced-iframe-area-selector.html

It is actually very easy to contact me.
- This forum (pm for privat messages)
- Codecanyon: https://codecanyon.net/user/mdempfle
- http://www.tinywebgallery.com/en/about.php

Please be aware that a good integration is not a simple task. Normally a developer is needed for this.
The plugin has many, many options. Depending what you need you only need a couple of them. Therefore I have added a lot of working examples you should first pick the one you need and then adopt it to your needs.

So what is your problem? Because depending what you want to do you should really use this plugin (although even I know that some features are not easy to configure), you have to do a much more complex custom solution or it is impossible to do because of browser restrictions.

For refunds I'm not responsible. You have to do this through codecanyon.

Best, Michael
