Hi all,

Im currently using advanced iframe and when I load a html page into my iframe all links aren't working. Does someone have an idea what the problem here could be? If set "Elements where the clicks are intercepted" to "a" (default).

Kind regards,

Joris

Do you want to intercept the links?
And are you on the same domain?
And have you set the timeout for this setting?
Any Javascript errors on the page?

Hi Michael,

Do you want to intercept the links?
What I would like to do is to show a portfolio inside an iFrame. The portfolio shows correctly but the effect and links aren't working. Normally when you hover over an image you can click on a link and open a new page. If you mean that this is intercepting a link I would say yes to this question.

And are you on the same domain?
Yes

And have you set the timeout for this setting?
No idea where to do this. If you mean Resize Delay I haven't added a value.

Any Javascript errors on the page?
No

To give you a better understanding what I'm trying to do here is my test page.
http://babygrafix.be/collecties-all/

To load a portfolio into the iFrame you have to hover the sweet image in the slider and click on the link "Dit is een link test".
This would load a portfolio into the iFrame. On top of the parent page the same portfolio is shown to test what it exactly should do. You will see that the same portfolio in the Iframe doesn't work.

I hope this is a bit clearer where I want to go and thanks for your help! ;-)

Kind regards,

Joris

I clicked on your page but When I click on this link something loads but nothing happens.

About the intercept? Do you want to change the behaviour of the link? if not don't configure anything there.
And
"

"
I talk about the intercept clicks - because there you need a timeout to activate it...

So ist the example you want to show me working right now?

Best, Michael

Have you maybe enabled the feature "hide the iframe until it is loaded" for the external workaround. Because it seems that the iframe is still hidden.

This option does exist 2 times. once on the same domain. Once for the workaround. If you enable the external one the iframe does not get visible because hte external trigger for this is missing...

Your a genius!! :D

I had enabled under "How to enable cross domain resize and modification" the section "Hide the iframe until it is completely modified." to Yes. Changed to No and all works fine.

Thnx again!
