Can you please suggest the correct setting to make these pages function?

If you start at http://m.knightwebservices.com/order-domain-names/ the page loads fine. However once you search for a domain name, the domain name shopping cart adds buttons which are to the right and no matter what I try for width, I am unable to scroll to the right and see the "checkout" button.

I have tried setting width within the plugin settings as well as adding width="2400" in the shortcode.

We are using the PRO version of your plugin.

Thank you.

I just was at your page and it seems you have enabled that the iframe should be responsive.
This adds a max-width of 100%. Then your width of 2400 is ignored by the browser.

Which width do you want to optimize this? The page in the iframe is not responsive therefore it need a min. width of ~ 450 px.

Best, Michael

Thank you for your reply.

I am trying to make the hight responsive as content of the iFrame is dynamic and can need as little as 100 px and as much as 1200 px.

Width is being tricky and the initial screens fit in the visible area but once you search a domain name, the buy buttons require scrolling.

Don't use the responsive option than. This option is needed if you resize the browser window and the height should be adjusted then on the fly. On mobile devices you don't need this. Auto height does work without this setting.

I have updated Enable responsive iframe to "no".

Should I have a value in height and width?

In height you should have a default value which looks good.
The width you have to set the value you need as your page below has a minimum width you know.

If I look at the mobile site on my desktop, I am seeing the results I expect however on the iPhone the page does not scroll to the right cutting off the checkout button.

I have tried setting the width=800 in both the plug-in and the shortcode with the same results.

If you goto https://m.knightwebservices.com/order-domain-names/ and enter knight, select any extension and click check you will see what I mean.

Is there a fix for this or do I have to go back to using traditional iFrame tags?

A normal iframe does not help you as here also a normal iframe is used as base. Just with a lot of css and Javascript around...
Maybe you don't allow to scroll on iphones. This is something you need to fix on your page directly.

Best,
Michael

So height is fine but width is not fine.

Not sure what to do here.

You mix http and https. Auto height will not work this way.
And currently no width and height is set.

If you like you can set a zoom e.g. for an iphone using the browser detection.
