Hi,

I have installed advanced Iframe pro plugins to 2 different website.
Both websites are showing different behaviour on different browsers.

1. http://14.102.150.59/~malton/wordpress_stg/investor-relations/
Issues - IE & Mozilla Firefox is working properly. But Chrome is not showing the content properly. Information cropped

2. http://dev.simplicitic.com/vs-industry/investors/
Issues - Chrome is working properly but IE(not IE Edge) is showing vertical scrolling bar even I hide the scrollbar in basic setting -> scrolling & external workaround -> keep overflow:hidden after resize

Could it be wordpress version issues or Advanced Iframe Pro issues?

Different websites nowadays look different on different browsers.

What are the settings you use? sometimes different timings are needed.
Also a internal browser detection is included where you could set different settings depending on the browser.

Best, Michael

Hi Michael,

I'm using default settings for both websites.
Just insert the URL in "Basic Settings" and set "Resize remote iframe to content height" to "yes" as I'm loading cross-domain content.

What do you mean by sometimes different timings are needed?

I can't set the internal browser detection as some pages are loading properly but some are not within the same browser.

Best Regards,
KC

Seems you have not configured the external workaround?

For auto height on external domains you need to read and do the stuff on the "external workaround" tab.

Hi Michael,

Our website is developed using Wordpress 4.6. The Advanced Iframe Pro works fine when the cross domain is between parent (domain A) and iframe site (domain B).

It is not working in Chrome desktop whereby the iframe site (domain B) contains another iframe (domain C). This inner iframe (domain C) has a fixed height and has javascripts.

In Chrome desktop, the height displayed is only about 200-300 px.

However, it is working perfectly fine in Chrome mobile (Android, iOS), IE, Firefox.

Here my configuration for external workaround:

Lets start with the first one:
http://14.102.150.59/~malton/wordpress_stg/investor-relations/

looks o.k. for me in chrome. it is small at the beginning but enlarges then. And the website is very slow.
I use Chrome Version 52.0.2743.116 m (64-bit)

http://dev.simplicitic.com/vs-industry/investors/
Looks the same for me in ie and Chrome. Both look cropped.

Best, Michael

Hi Michael,

For the first link - http://14.102.150.59/~malton/wordpress_stg/investor-relations/
We add in extra height for all pages code the cropped are in the parent page. So, consider solved

For the second link, we have migrated the site to http://www.vs-i.com/investors/
You may check the "financial information" section in chrome.

Thanks

you have included ai_external.js twice. Please remove the one with the demo... it gives a security error.

on the link you told me it seems the bottom part is lazy loaded. Please define a timeout that the auto height is triggered later and also add the "resize to element resize" if the content of the page changes dynamically.

Best, Michael
