This is the follow up from our conversation on CodeCanyon. I have now purchased the pro version.

Hi, I installed the free version prior to possibly buying the paid version. I’m using the script to embed a 360 panorama to a wordpress based site. Important to me is that it fills the height of the page. It doesn’t seem to be working for me. I’m fairly sure it should be able to do that based on other comments. What am I doing wrong? Here’s the URL: https://gregmoinephotography.com/1171-2/
2/ It also doesn’t go full screen for some reason? (it does when using the pano url directly)
3/ Would buying the pro version be useful in my case? Or will it add to loading time unnecessarily? If it will, if that’s acceptable, I’ll make a donation once my issue is fixed. Thank you!

https://gregmoinephotography.com/1171-2/ uses a height of 100%. This is wrong as 100% means 100% of the surrounding element. So this normally defaults to 150px!
So you want to include https://pullgmp-3476.kxcdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/bar/index.html. This is a fully responsive “element”. So you have to define in the iframe how it should be handled! I think you like something like a responsive video: http://www.tinywebgallery.com/blog/advanced-iframe/advanced-iframe-pro-demo/responsive-videos (pro version).
2. you need to allow fullscreen. See on the basic tab how to enable this.
3. Most likely yes as responsive videos are a pro feature. There will not be any additional loading time as only enabled features do need any extra rendering.
Best, Michael
Hi Michael,
thank you for your help!
1. I left height at 600px initially then tried 100% when nothing else worked. I reverted it back to 600px. I'm not sure how to define in the iframe how that fully responsive element should be handled?
Here's the shortcode I'm using:
[advanced_iframe securitykey="aaa" use_shortcode_attributes_only="true" src="//pullgmp-3476.kxcdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/bar/index.html" width="100%" height="600" id="advanced_iframe" allowfullscreen="true" onload_resize="true" add_document_domain="true" ]
As things are, I have two issues:
- the iframe doesn't use 100% content height
- when going fullscreen and then out of fullscreen, content of iframe remains zoomed in/out
I'm in way over my head, and I would really appreciate your help!
Thank you.
