I am trying to resize to content height and can't figure out how to get it to work when the page I am loading is using frames.

I have two different types of pages I am using this on. The one type that doesn't use frames resizes properly, but the one that has frames I am assuming isn't detecting the content of the frames, because it displays the page for a second then it disappears.

Here is an example: (I can't leave it like this for too long since it renders these pages non-viewable)

The page I am loading is basically a menu in the top frame, and the body in the bottom frame. Can two frames be used in wordpress, with links in the top frame which would load in the bottom frame? Unless you know of another option, this is what I was thinking might work. Otherwise I would need to build a page in Wordpress for every single webpage I am using...and this would be a monumental task. Or I can leave it how I had it which was make all pages a large height so that none got cut off which is fugly.

Thanks
Brad
