Would be nice to have a help link setting so in the my config you could point to a different URL or web address for the help link.

e.g., in bottom.inc.php

echo '<a target="_blank" href="' . $webpath . '/index.php?page=help&amp;language=' . $default_language . '">' . $lang_help . '</a>';

change to:

echo '<a target="_blank" href="' . $helppath . '/index.php?page=$helppage&amp;language=' . $default_language . '">' . $lang_help . '</a>';

and let helppath and helppage be set in my config (or something like that)

Adding control what window (blank or self or what not) would also be desired.
