nabend,
kannst du mir bitte erklären wie das funktioniert, mit dem thumbnails und dem einbetten? womit erstelle ich thumbnails? ich steh hier vor ein riesen problem.aus howto 34 werde ich nicht schlau! was haben die thumbnails mit dem video zu tun. wenn ich ein video hochlade, über ftp, wird es nicht angezeigt?

viele fragen und bitte ne gute antwort.

Das Thumbnail wird benötigt, damit TWG was anzeigen kann. Ohne Thumbnail könntest du ja nix anklicken. Deswegen braucht jedes video ein Thumbnail.
Wenn du nur ein Video hochlädst weiß TWG zunächst nichts davon, weil es die Ordner nur nach Bildern scannt.

Das thumbnail kann man entweder manuell machen (z.B. screenshot mit dem vlc player) oder in TWG mit ffmpeg generieren lassen (ist aber erst ein Feature der registrieren Version). ffmpeg ist aber meist nicht auf Servern installiert.
