Hallo,

kann man, wenn mit der Maus über das Randombild rübergefahren wird, den Text aus der jewiligen foldername.txt im Album anzeigen?

Nein.

Das random Bild hat keinerlei Informationen von der Galerie, da man das ja auch in eine statische Seite einbauen kann.
So etwas ist nur per Ajax möglich.
