I have version 2.10.7 of JFU installed with the Enterprise License. I have this installed on a few linux servers with no issues. However, I am having problems with a Windows 2008 Server.

The PHP.INI file shows a 2GB upload size limit. The Joomla info pane show this:
upload_max_filesize 2000M 2000M

However, JFU shows a max file size of 8MB:
Server infos:

Server name: www.coughlinprinting.com
PHP upload limit (in KB): 8192
PHP memory limit (in KB): 131072
Max. resize resolution: ~ 5461 x 4101
PHP max input time: 60 s
PHP max execution time: 300 s
Default socket timeout: 60 s

If I go into the JFU profile and set the limit to 100MB it says that is more than my server allows. If I leave blank, it says my max size is 8MB.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, removed/added license, restarted server and still cannot get past this block.

Am I missing something here?

Sorry I missed that! Wow. Thanks.

I changed the setting and now JFU shows a 2GB file max. I added a 58MB file and started the upload.... it hangs at about 33 MB. It says there is 9 minutes remaining and gives no error message, just freezes at that point.

Is there another setting I am missing?

have you checked the timeout settings?

If you have an iss - check howto 4 - there are some additional settings in the server itself.
