I have an enormous amount of white space above and below all of my iFrames, and I can't get rid of it.
Could you please tell me how I can fix this? Here's an example: http://tinyurl.com/nkbndr7

(This is when viewed at smaller responsive sizes, not full screen)

I cannot see the problem. I only see an iframe that is basically empty.
I used Firefox on your page.

If there is a lot of space around the iframe you should check your theme. Maybe it is adding this when the screen is smaller.

Ok, here's an example page: http://tinyurl.com/lxbgrwh
and the screenshot is below.

Theme developer hasn't been able to help solve the problem.

The problem is the fix height of 450px.
And are you using advanced iframe pro? Because I don't see any code of it!

Could you please take a look at this page? I've added iframe pro code, which you will be able to see. The content is not displaying.

The shortcode is not o.k.

On the example page you see:
Please note: All example shortcodes use [advanced_ iframe ...] with a space after _ because otherwise it would be replaced. The real shortcode is without the space!

you have a space
advanced_ iframe -> advanced_iframe

And there is not [/advanced_iframe]

Hi Michael, I see the content within the iFrame now. There is still all the white space above and below when viewed in smaller sizes. How can I get rid of the space?

Your inner content is still not really responsive. It has a height of 450px. This is the space you will always have.
You see this when you open the page alone. You already have the white spaces there.

But even using 100% height does not solve your problem as the content inside would than shrink to because the measurement is done by shrinking the conent to the minimum and than measuring the mimimum amout. In your case this would be 1 then.
In your case you would not need auto height but height depending on the width. e.g. 1000 width = 300 height, 500 width = 150 height... (with 100% width and height of the content).

But this would be a custom solution than.

When viewed at actual size, there is no extra space above or below. It just when it gets smaller than the 450 x 1510 px.
This is not happening with other graphics used in the site. They scale responsively.
I'm not really clear on what your telling me to change to fix it ....

You animation has a fixed height of 450 px.

If you e.g. enlarge your screen to 1900 than you get white spaces left and right:
http://magnasphere.com/alpha/wp-content/uploads/animations/residential-security/3.res.swf.html

So what is needed yould be to make the whole content completely dynamic with 100% height also.
But than what I have written in my last post would happen.

So for me right now the only solution is to extend the plugin that is does not auto height but calculating the height out of the 100% width dynamically.

?? Are you saying to make the width and height 100%? I didn't understand what you meant in the previous post.

yes. But also that auto height would not work. You need a custom solution for this.
