Hi I am trying your plugin but the layer iframe is not working as expected.

the header and the footer are appeared above the layer Iframe

This is because the iframe is inside the main content where you have defined to scroll below your header. The iframe has much higher z-index but as outside you have defined already a different structure the browser is not placing the iframe over everything.
As you see the grey background also is below this header.

You would need to include the shortcode outside your content. Means directly in your template below the footer.

Maybe one option is to move the iframe by Javascript below the content. But this would be a custom solution for you.
