Hi,

Can you please check if the ai.js is loaded?
Also go to the options tab and include the ai.js to the top (bottom is default). Sometimes if the iframe loads faster than the parent page the method is not loaded yet.

Also please switch to postMessage communication if you use the pro version.

Best, Michael

There are 2 issues:

1. None of my Javascript which should exist is there! Normally before and after the iframe is a lot of it. And this Javascript does contain the missing method!
If you compare yours with mine:
view-source:https://kimteckcheong.com/investor-relations/

view-source:http://www.tinywebgallery.com/blog/advanced-iframe/demo-advanced-iframe-2-0

search for <iframe you see that a lot of things are missing. Do you have a plugin which "optimizes Javascript" or removes it? Because i see Javascript in the code. So this confuses me.

2. You have 2 iframes with the same id defined! id's need to be different as Javascript is also rendered with this id.

Best, Michael

Do you maybe use the [iframe] shortcode? You need to use [advanced_iframe] one...
