My images are too big and my hosting company too stingy...

What do you people recommend for generating thumbnails and then uploading them?

One possible solution is php on my computer. What is a good path?

Others are imaging software that I can download or buy. My version of Corel makes automation difficult forcing me to write VBA with no macro teaching as even Microsoft Word lets one do...

You said "send you the answer by mail. Simply generate them offline with TWG Admin"

I didn't get the email.

Also what are the methods to use php, TWG, and admin on my desktop machine?

Is it as easy as
1. Download and install php on my windows machine from php.net
2. TWG to some directory
3. Put my pictures into TWG directory
4. Open index.pho with my browser?

I

1. Installed php (no server)
2. Copied TWG
3. Opened index.php and saw text not a web page

Probably means I need a server? Which one do you recommend I use on A windows box?

There is a memory limit that prevents generating thumbnails.

I need to do this on my local Windows box.
