I have installed the tinywebgallery 1.7.4 and registered version. I want to add the lightbox into random image. So what I will do for this?

you would have to implement (very easy) this by yourself because the random image
is intended e.g. to be on an external page. There you simply have to add the lightbox parameters.
The help on lytebox or lighbox2 will help you there.

For external page I am using for image source is <img src="twg/image.php?twg_album=&twg_random=2&twg_type=random&twg_random_size=110&twg_random_subdir=true">
and I am putting the anchor parameter is

<a href="" rel="lytebox" title="">
<img src="twg/image.php?twg_album=&twg_random=2&twg_type=random&twg_random_size=110&twg_random_subdir=true">
</a>

My question is what will be the value of href of anchor?

right - tricky ... right now I think that cannot be done because the link has to be dynamic (because of the random image)

and the
"index.php?twg_random=1" does return a full page. You would have to extend the random functionality that the full image is returned.

how-to 4 has been described only for random image not lytebox. I want to display the random image dynamically(twg_album will be empty) with the effect of lytebox. Is it possible?

No - I already wrote this before! you would have to code this by yourself - not very hard to do.
