I just tested the possibilities on this page:

Unfortunalely only 1 works like it should - this is the one I'm using right now.

2+3 does not work because I do not simply call a batch file but the convert command with
I got 4 to work but there a window on the server does pop up.

you can play around with the info.php file. there is a execute_command function you can play around. Maybe you find a solution that works on your server.
