When I try to setup anything or even see the gallery I get
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request
On frst install the check was all good

try to reupload everything - maybe not all files where uploaded properly.

I uploaded the 3 files (new install)
the checking said everything was good to go I hit install then the screen came up to access the gallery I hit delete install files then tried the user and admin links and got the same server eroor page for both. I then deleted the directory and reuploaded the 3 install files and tried again, got the same thing?
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@shooting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Then use the zip version - the installer does not work on all systems.

I deleted the directory and uploaded the zip file content and now I get
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /public_html/photogallary/inc/filefunctions.inc.php on line 1723
