I have a problem in using the URL.txt functionality for internal references below the web root

I have the following directory structure

html_public/twg/
private/media/

html_public is the web root

In url.txt I have the following entry

../../../private/media/

This has gone into a directory below pictures on its own

This does not show any images.

I can see now that only two "../" are accepted and not the three I need

strange - have your tried the rc3 from the forum?

I have fixed a lot of small issues there.

I uploaded R3 on top of my existing 1.7... version and now get the folloing error on going to the gallery page

I get this error on actually clicking on the folder/directory

I have not provided a patch yet.

Does this happen with a clean install as well. It is possible that old cache files from the 1.7.x version cause this error.

Click on the bandwidth icon to refresh the cache.

The same error message after clearing the cache. This is i did manually by deleting all in here (xcept index.htm)

I have done a fresh install and now only get the first error

I fixed this in the RC3 - you can download it again and replace the files from the inc folder.
