ok - the whole bottom is gone - what is this white bar at the bottom - it´s on the left where TWG is not too?

Because the link where the twg logo should be is there!
And the counter too.

one thing : i use black.css
and it's a strange :
div.twg_img-shadow {
background: url(../../demo/buttons/shadowalpha.png) no-repeat bottom right !important;
background: url(../../demo/buttons/shadow.gif) no-repeat bottom right;
margin: 10px 0px 0px 5px !important;
}
i've no demo folder ;)

oh - this is an old entry - even when you enter the right path you won't see a lot because the other "border" around the image does interfere with this setting. If you would go to the big style.css there is an uncommented block with this shadow border. If you remove the actual style and use the "old" style you get a kind of grey drow shadow.

It looks quite nice if you use white background. but not good on dark backgrounds or with background images - therefore I changed this!.

I'll remove this entry in the skin for the next update.

- About the bottom not shown - you have aline above TWG - anonymous ....
does the logo appear if you remove this line? - TWG tries to be 100% of the given space. If you have anything else in the table cell this could be a problem. Use header.htm if you want to include something.

1.4.1 and 1.4.2 don't have any changes there - if you see the history there are only added the bonus features and some internal cleanup.

put it in header.htm. this is included by TWG - I think php code in there should work too. (I haven't tried but I simply include this file with php include).
