Hi all,

for any reason the resize function does not work on my system, neighter in the front- nor in the backend. I already searched the forum for solutions and tried different settings, but it does not work.
I installed JFU 2.12 and image magick should be available on my server. According to my hoster the path to image magick should be /usr/bin/php_safemode.
However in the JFU configuration it says that there is no image magick support.

Do I have to add the path to the image magick command? If yes, how is this done?

Hope someone could help me!?! :?

Thanks in advance!

regards Tom

The path has to be entered in the configuration.

how much php memory do you have available?

Hi Michael,

the php memory limit is set to 25600 KB.
I saw that the mentioned path for Image Magick (/usr/bin/php_safemode) is not available on my webserver - there are no such folders in the root folder. Is this normal?
I think I already found the field, where the path has to be entered (Profile configuration -> flash uploader settings -> image magick command). Now the field only contains "convert" (see attached screenshot). In which format do I have to enter the path?

Thanks!

Regards Tom

if you are able to access this folder:

/usr/bin/php_safemode/convert

Otherwise you have to ask your hoster. It's their server - they should know.

Hi Michael,

thanks for your quick help! After disabling the PHP safe mode and entering the path in the format you gave me, the resize funktion works well!

Regards Tom
