At the moment in the .htusers we have user, password, folder, delete and folder handling.
Can we have some extra options to make it more customizable.... a bit more like an FTP Server where we can set different limits for different users?
Perhaps have groups where people belonging to group A have less rights to those in group B and group C have even more access?

Will be useful to prevent people overloading a webserver.
The only alternative currently is setting up multiple TFU's so that each 'trusted' group is correctly catered for.

What would be great is if we can add to each user/group a customisable:
$queue_file_limit (n)
$directory_file_limit (n)
$queue_file_limit_size (n)
$enable_file_download (true/false)
$overwrite_files (true/false)
$show_big_preview (true/false)
$truncate_dir_in_title (true/false)
$hide_directory_in_title (true/false)

Then you have to use my Joomla Flash uploader. There you have Profiles and groups and master profiles and, and, and.

This is quite some work and cannot be done properly in a few days.

for sure - but a lot of work. Currently I do an implementation of an editor extension for Joomla.

The backend of the standalone version of TFU will stay like it is. But if I have time I will enhance the wordpress backend like the joomla one. But currently I don't have enough requests for this.
