I also can't get my TWG working because of the pictures. In the test my memory limit says: Memory limit not detected, but I don't know how to solve this. I wanted to set TWG up on: http://www.minirulez.nl/twg

have you maybe tested the whole thing and then uploaded to the server?
then the owner is maybe wrong and twg cannot access them (or write them)

Please delete all files from the cache, xml and counter dir.

To find out why twg is not working we have to get the _mydebug file first!
Does this file exist in the xml folder?

I've tested it after I've Uploaded,
I've deleted the files and the _mydebug file doesn't exist.
What to do next?

Still the same?

try to delete the xml,counter,cache folder on the server
create it again and set the permissions to 777.

Can you log into TWG admin?
if yes - try to create these directories there - but with permission 755!


do you have access to the log of the webserver?

I've made new folders and uploaded them with a ftp-program.
Although I could login admin, I didn't know how to create the folders there.
But it works!

with twg admin - TWGXplorer - just look on the right upper corner!
There you can create files and directories!

Try to create the dirs there

Just one more question
The files I've deleted, don't I have to put them back?
Or wouldn't I miss them?

Oh, and I still can't find where to make folders. there isn't an icon to click

on the right upper corner is a dropdown where it says "file" - just select directory and enter the name there.

If it's not there - please let me know - maybe an issue of the interneal safemode detection with php 5.1.4!

I've looked at your picture and mine is different.
On the right side of TWGXplorer image/link there are no more buttons, only the ones on the left side.

can you create an user in TWG Admin for me and mail it to me by email?
