There seems to be an issue with the 'Add files' button with the latest Flash player version (11.3.300.257) when using Firefox. It's fine with Flash player version 11.2.202.235 on my home machine as well as fine with IE even with the latest Flash player (11.3.300.257). Basically nothing happens on the front end when click on the 'Add files' button.

I just tested the flash with 11.3.300.257 and FF 12 and 13.0.1. Both seem to work fine.
Can you verify the problem in my demo: http://www.tinywebgallery.com/en/tfu/web_demo1.php

Best, Michael

Ok, crazy... It works on your demo. But I just checked on my end again, and it doesn't.
What's strange is, like I said before, it works fine in IE with the latest version of Flash, and it worked just fine in my site with Firefox before this (nothings changed) and still working fine at home with the previous version of Flash.
Any other info. I can look for to help troubleshoot?
P.s. it's not just me or this machine, multiple users are the first to notify me.

EDIT: I just tried it on another machine that was working. It had FF v12 and Flash player v11.2.202.235. I upgraded Firefox to v13.0.1 and it still worked. I then upgraded the Flash player to v11.3.300.257 and it stopped working. :/
I uninstalled v11.3.300.257 and installed v11.2.202.233 and it works again.

I have different problems with v11.3.300.257. Seems a pretty unstable version because it crashes randomly on different websites with flash ads.

Are you using win7, vista, XP?

Can you pm me a link?

Best,
Michael

Seems like a know problem with Firefox and Flash right now that flash videos crash randomly.
http://www.zdnet.com/blog/btl/firefox-u ... -fix/80305

Maybe the open dialog is also related. Until FF or Adobe does not fix this I think your users have to use IE or Chrome.

Hopefully this is solved soon.

Please still pm me a link that I can see If I have this issue as well.

Best,
Michael

Win 7 x64bit. I'm just having my users down grade to a previous version of Flash. Small hassle, but it works.

Joomla: 1.5.22 Stable
PHP: 5.3.3-7+squeeze13
Datenbankversion: 5.0.41-log
Browserkennung: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1

- Shockwave Flash 11.3.300.262
- FireFox 13.0.1
kommt nun die Fehlermeldung:
"You are trying to use the TWG Upload Flash without authentication, the server login failed, expired or the configuration could not be found!"

Muss wohl dann an meiner Maschine evtl. an Add-Ons liegen. Werde demnächst Firefox deinstallieren und dann neu installieren. Mal sehn ob's das bringt...
Aber besten Dank bis hierher!
