Not all servers like the requests flash is sending. Have you read the howto of the flash uploader on the website what to do?

Hi Darren,

We keep having similar problems reported by our clients and a common theme appears to be Norton Internet Security or other Spyware/Script stopping software.

I have asked three different clients to remove or disable the spyware and Norton software as a test and the flash uploader has worked afterwards.

I think this type of software must be blocking the script required by Flash Uploader to run.

Don't know if this helps in anyway but it may be useful to you.

Cheers

Phil

No problem Michael,

I'm just about to get a copy of Norton to try to work out if there is something which can be turned off without having to completely uninstall, so I'll keep you posted.

Cheers

Phil
